Car accident, what to do?

I recently won a Ford Fusion hybrid 2015 as a lottery from work.

As I was passing a green light, some idiot teenager listening to loud trash rap music hit the side of my car on the rigjy and both doors look like they cant close all the way and air bag are on the side of windows back and front right. My girlfriend fractured her jaw. Brand new car. Hurts you know

The suspect said some racial slurs at me and said if you snitch on me to insurance conpany you'll get whooped and called me cracker and said drive away and dont look my direction.
