2003 Lexus Es300(100K) or 2012 Ford Fusion s(45K)?

I have both cars(bought both not too long ago) & wanted to sell one of them. But i have been suggested to keep the Lexus than the Fusion due to reliability.
But i just wanted a second opinion which one is best to keep.
