Ford racing cams! Help NEED TO TUNE?!

I have an 08 mustang gt. After I install my ford racing cams how do I tune my car? Do I really need a sct tuner to tune the car? Or can I just get it up on the dyno and tune my car like that without a handheld tuner? Please help!
