How easy is it to buy and oldschool car?

I recently fell in love with two cars. Im not really very informed on how cars work, never had a dad to teach me and never cared as a youngin. The two cars i want are the 1968 Ford Bullitt and the 1968 Shelby gt500. How much will it cost to buy one of these. With no experience in cars, no way im going to buy part by part and build this car. I dont care if its super fast or not i just want it to sound and run good. All this for the future im not getting this anytime soon im still in highschool but i have a good job waiting for me as soon as i start working is when i start saving.
