Ford windstar 2002 smoking?

Ok i need to know if should be concerned or not as you all know its cold out especially out here in mi and Windows get iced over and all that, now I turned the van to let it warm up some what and then went to scrape ice off, did that before van got warm even just a bit, got back in and drove home From work and it takes less than 10 minutes to get home, half way on My little commute the van is warmed up now I get home and park and see smoke from radiator area and im sure it wasnt from exhaust being blown to there's front, can the smoke just be steam from the ice melting?
