Is it illegal to drive a unmarked Ford Mustang SSP police car if I'm not a cop?

okay I found this nice 1993 Ford Mustang SSP police car. It's an unmarked police car used by the Florida Highway Patrol. It is still equipped with lights and sirens and my question is would I be arrested for impersonating an officer (because I am NOT a cop) for driving a Ford Mustang SSP unmarked police car?
