Is nebrock 0w 100 safe in a f150?

Was looking up oils to see what would be best for my truck to make it last the longest it s already 13 years old and 160k miles and has never had an issue since it was new it takes 3w30 oil but this nebrock oil only comes in 0w 100 but from what I ve seen its by far the best but just not sure how it work in a 4.6 Ford motor
