What is wrong with my 01 Ford Tauras?

I just bought a new battery about 3 weeks ago. I noticed my car was getting slower at starting one night while leaving Walmart and the battery light would come on and off multiple times in minutes. When I went to start my car this morning it would turn on the air was on, the wipers worked, the blinkers worked but it wouldn t fully start to the point where I could drive when I turned the ignition all the way it would "click click click" what s up with that?
