1999 Ford F-150 - Fuel Injector problem - Can anyone help?

So I have just 1 Fuel Injector not firing at all.

It's not getting any 12v Power to the Injector. (All Injectors are new)

4.6l V8 -

Someone must had spliced some sort of Remote start into it's wire because there was a 3rd wire I cut off my injector, wtf? (Car has no alarm)

I reconnect wire and it's still not working, WHY? My ECU is good no burn marks in it or anything. All my other injectors work great, Any Ideas?
