Do I need to change the oil in the car after a cylinder missfired?

Had one cylinder missfire. Drove it maybe10 miles with that problem. Just changed the oil last week. Someone told me I may have gas in the oil from the missfire? 2005 Ford Freestar with 100k.
Added (1). Did lugs, coil, and wires.
Added (2). plugs
