I have an 05 Ford F-150 with 260,000 miles. It has a rebuilt motor though, the old one was destroyed by the other owner who didn't change the oil. I put a new motor in at 238k. Truck runs great now. I'm a senior in high school and next year I have college and will be on a super strict budget. I really don't want to buy a different car, but to keep my truck to last me through college and then maybe some? Im already good at oil changes (every 4,000). But anything else I can do to make it last a lot longer?
