Is a Ford F-150 3.7 v6 a good choice to tow 4500lb ski boat?

My boat weighs 3300 and the trailer is about 1200lbs, so roughly 4500lbs total. I m looking at a regular cab 4x4 f150 with a 3.7 v6, 3.73 axle ratio. It is rated tow 5800lbs. Thoughts? Is it suitable to tow that much?
