Need some Ford truck guys opinions?

I'm looking into getting a different truck soon but can't decide what type of Ford F-250 or F-350 I want. I thought about a 7.3 because they are more reliable but they don't sound as good as a 6.0 does and then again I hear 6.0s are not very reliable. What about a 6.7 or 6.3? I also plan on beefing it up some by doing a bunch of deletes bigger rims and tires and lift and all the other s***
