I have a 2002 ford explorer 4.0 sohc won't crank turn key and it doesn't make a sound?

I have a 2002 ford explorer 4.0 sohc won't crank turn key and it doesn't make a sound. Lights, windows, blower motor, mirrors, radio all work. Wipers won't come on. I have put new battery, new starter, new solenoid. Still nothing
