Is $20,580 a fair price for a 2014 Ford Focus?

My 3 year lease just ended for a 2014 Ford Focus. My lease total was $4564 and I made a $3100 down payment at the time I got the lease. I purchased the car recently for $12,916.

Is this a good deal, bad deal, fair deal, etc?
