What does it mean when the space under the driver's feet start melting and the cat won't start?

2000 Ford, Mustang. There is no speed when I press the case and it stales,

Added (2). WOW non of you even offer a theory to what this might be, I know the internet cant solve it, I am financially unstable and cant pay $150 to run diagnostics.
