2013 ford focus buttons help?

I have a 2013 ford focus S and it has these 2 buttons on the far right that look like lil spedometers. I dont have a manual so i cant look in it to see what these do. They look like they should be for cruise control but any time i push them when im driving or hold them down or anything nothing happens. Anyone know what they do? Or how to makw them work lol because i really would like to be able to use cruise control if that's what these are for
