I need one of these 2 for Sirius XM but I can't get the Radio Id to show up. When I press the sirius button it just says no Sat radio connected or something and I found a 17 digit code but I tried it and it didn't work so maybe I going the wrong VIN? I got it from the passenger side dash from the outside. For the radio I'd I've tried numerous ways I've seen online such as AUX and preset 1 at the same time. Menu and preset 1 at the same time. Is there a special trick for the 2012 or am I just being dumb and not doing it right? Also the truck doesn't have a big display screen if that matters. Thanks!
