Okay, so I live in norCal, and when you live up here, it gets really hot. Highest was 100 degrees last week. I got a ford explorer and it is in ok shape. Thing is, it has years worth of crumbs in the car thanks to the previous owner *coughdadcough*. I didn't mind it because I thought it won't be that big of a deal.
But one day a roach walked across the windshield while I was driving, its nighttime and I FREAK.
Plan? Well…
I heard heat will kill roaches. 130 degrees most likely. My car's AC is broken and all it will give me is heat. My toes are almost burnt from driving the damn car. I was thinking of putting my car in the sun for at least 10 minutes with the heat running… Will this be bad? I just need to get rid of the damn roaches (if there's one there could be more!). Then the next day I'll clean up the car and just repeat the process but by then I'll probably have bought that boric acid people talk about to get rid of roaches too and layer the car floor with it.
Advice on what to do? Maybe the heat thing is a bad idea x/
(P.S. I don't park my car in the garage. It's on the driveway)
