2005 Ford F-250 XLT heat issue?

2005 Ford F-250 XLT heat issue?
Added (1). The heater core gets hot as the motor gets hot, the direction flap by the heater core works, but next to the heat core by the directional flap it's blowing in outside temp air, and the heater core is n't getting much air flow, only a little. I heard there is a flap that changes to blow to the heather core or away from it, but I don't know where it's located.
