There are restrictions for parking commercial vehicles on residential areas from 9pm-5am in NYC. My Ford E350 cargo van is for personal use only. My license plates don't say commercial, but my friend claims it falls under commercial vehicle even though I do not do business with it. Can anyone clarify this for me thanks
