Is it illegal to use coloured tape on your fog lights in Ontario? I drive a Ford focus and take transparent blue tape and cover my fog lights rather than my headlights. I understand I am more likely to be pulled over for drawing attention to myself but don't want to deal with a ticket. Would tape on your fog lights be an "illegal mod?" Thanks in advance!
