i dont know whose car that is but it parks right in front of our house. Every 10 minutes, it keeps going off for 10 seconds. It's been like this for a 3 hours. It's only an old Ford SUV, probably a 90s model. Nobody's gonna steal that crap. Take the alarm off! Can i call the cops to issue a ticket to that car? Will cops do that?
