I Need some serious advice Please! My situation is a bit complicated?

I had a car accident last month with my Bmw 328i 2010 with is financed by the bank. During the summer my father called the insurance company GEICO to remove the coverages on the other TWO cars we own, a ford and toyota. Just until they come back from vacation overseas. I was driving the BMW at the time. The insurance company is claiming my father made the change to the(collision portion) BMW WHICH HE DID NOT DO. 110% fact because the car is owned and financed by the bank. The damage to the car looks pretty bad i'm not sure if the car is totaled or repairable. When we first purchased the vehicle it had collision on the car then the insurance company MADE A BIG MISTAKE. The insurance company is also claiming they electronically notified my Lienholder of the change. Then i called my bank and they told me that they have not received any Documents or anything regarding a change. I don't know what route to take. Should I fix the car? Lawyer? Stop the insurance on the car? Please some good Advice? This is just a big mistake on the insurance company, big hassle and they don't want to admit they're wrong. NOT FAIR.
