I was the victim of a hit and run. It was a head on collision, me driving a ford focus she driving and F-150. I got a good look at her and when she drove past I saw a company logo on the side of the truck, so there is a positive identification on the person who hit me. Is she liable to pay damages if she does not have insurance? Would her company be liable in any way at all?
