Someone hit a parked car which hit my parked car who is at fault?

Today some plow truck (i am assuming from damages and all the snow) hit this parked Ford Focus and the Ford Focus rammed into my parked truck. Basically destroying my passenger door. Police came to the scene and labeled it a hit and run because nobody knows who the mystery vehicle was. The owner of the Ford Focus was very upset because there cars front end is destroyed and was shoved into the side of my truck. When calling my insurance company though they say neither of us are at fault because we both were parked vehicles. Is their any way I can go after the owner of the Ford Focus to pay for my damages though so I won't have to pay? I mean in turn why should I pay when the hit and run was done to the ford focus not my truck. My truck was just hit by the ford focus. I live in Massachusetts. I have a $500 deductable and the total damages for my truck will probably equal 1k-2k. Any Advice too help my situation?!
