Why are Americans afraid of the Profit motive in Capitalism?
Added (1). Saving, Wall Street, 401(K), IRA, Roth IRA, Stocks, CDs, Investing are good ways to have residual income. Profit, Return On Investment. These are key to a safe, worry free retirement. But if you want to live off of Social Security and Big Government, go ahead and be broke and poor.
Added (2). These are great companies:Walmart, Ford, 3M, Apple, MS, ExxonMobil, Sunoco, Boeing. Invest in them and save the Profit Dollars, Pounds, Euros!
