Hi, i just bought a 2014 ford focus and ive been trying to sync my ipod to the car so i can play my music but everytime i plug it in to the usb and tell it to play it says its unsupported. I calledthe dealership and they said it is. Does anyone know how to do it? Im having the same issue with the text message feature. It says its unsupported vut it is under my plan. Help please!
