Help Ford windstar problem?

So I have this 2000 Ford Windstar Lx and I have been to hell and back with this van. I have replace everything in that
engine over the years. Recently I did a head gasket change with all new gaskets(head gaskets, intake gaskets, new isolator bolts). And yet I'm still getting the p0171-174 lean codes like I give up. The van drives the brand new now but this engine light still bugs me to this day. Every sensor is fairly new btw. There is a slight shaking which sounds like a vacuum leak but I can't find it.
