How to make my 1988 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe louder?

I have a few reasons why I want my car to sound louder when I am going 45 mph on the road. I don't travel much because I am only 16 years old and I want a louder-sounding system. (Not talking about subwoofers, amplifiers or speakers) I'm looking for something that is cheap, but legal in Nebraska. Something that won't get me arrested and/or my parents taking away my car. I also want to do this by myself as a project. IF POSSIBLE
