Union Pasific Car Shopping?

So my father is an engineer for UP, 2-3 years now. I know it depends on the state, but how much of a discount is the "Supplier Discount"? Ive heard up to 15%? I live in TX. I dont want to ask the dealer at Ford or Kia, i was told to see whats the lowes i can get the final sale and THEN show them the UP discount offer, and they have to lower it.

Has anyone used their UP discount at a dealership? Is it 15% or 1%?
