Do border patrol by San Diego really pay attention to old people?

I'm on vacation and have an oz of weed and want to know if I should risk going over the border with jt… I'm in a new Ford expedition with 2 rows of seats then the trunk so everything looks new inside and out and still has that new car smell… I'm was gonna put it in my backpack and keep my back pack next to me in the 2nd row of seats under a blanket while we pass the border… My question is do you think they will smell it? It's in a mason jar inside some clothes… Also I'm with my grand parents who are both above 60
