Is 120 horsepower enough for Minnesota driving? How long to get from 1-60?

During winter there is a lot of snow and when there is not snow, roads usually get up to 80 mph. How long would it take a 1.6L 4-cylinder to get up to 60?

(I am looking at a 2012 Ford Fiesta SE Manual Hatchback)
