Is It Possible to Turbo Charge a 2000 Ford Taurus?

I want to turbo charge my taurus, im sick of it always being looked down upon as a "grandma car" when it clearly isnt, its speedy and wins against most people but i want more of a kick when i hit the gas instead of a gradual speed. I found a turbo charger that claims to be compatible with it, but im not so sure as to how to even do it, i cant find any videos online or anything helpful. Any helpful answers would be, well, helpful.
