Unsure weather or not to buy a factory extended warranty from Ford for my 2012 Ford Focus?

The car has under 30,000 miles on it. Does anyone have some insight on weather to buy a factory warranty from Ford or just put some money away for repairs. I plan to keep this car as long as possible.
