Would it be possible to change the color of a car's radio back lighting?

I'm thinking about buying a 2005-07 Ford Five-Hundred Limited. The dash lights are green at night. I like the green but, I'd rather have red. The buttons, switches, and gauges shouldn't be much of a problem. The radio displays might be a problem.

How do I change the color of the display along with the buttons? The same with the climate controls.
