Can I Afford A Ford Mustang?

My current annual salary is $17000. However, a year later my salary will be increase to $22000 in Texas.
I'm thinking of 60 months loan term and i can pay down $18000. (EcoBoost Automatic=$29300)
Is it the right choice for me? I know it is a huge expense for my salary… How do you think?
My alternative is Mazda3 or Mazda6. Which one would be better among these 3 cars?
I'm 21 single.
