My 99 ford Taurus has a milky brown fluid in the coolant tank. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?

the engine oil is fresh, with no milky color. It is an amber brown.

the tranny fluid is pink/red

my car will start, however it will not leave park. The gear shift will move but the car will not leave park.

someone said it could be my head gasket however the car NEVER ran hot nor did it have any white smoke.
ill take any suggestions or help offered.
