2009 Crown Vic P71 or 1998 Crown Vic LX?

Hello, still looking at crown vics just wanted to get your guys opinion. I dont know if the p71 is worth the extra milage and wear and tear or if i should go with an older Crown Vic with less miles and wear and tear. I dont want it to be an old man car, however dont entirely care what people think. Here are two im comparing. Just wondering if the engine is more powerful in the P71, and if they are maintained much better than the unknown owner of the LX.
