Transferring my van to my limited company?

Hi

A few months ago a bought a new Van after seeing up my limited company.

When i arrived to pick it up from Ford they had already registered it in my name. I still paid the full amount on my company bank card (no loan needed).

Do i simply register my company as the new keeper on the log book keeping the same address as that's where i trade from?
