What is this called and how much does it cost?

I want to completely redo my speedometer AC stuff and radio right now it s gotten knobs and buttons in the speedometer is A needle I d like it to be all digital what would this be called so I can google it and how much do you think it would cost? How much would it cost for just the speedometer? And how much would it cost altogether thanks I appreciate it oh and in case you need to know I have a 1998 Ford Explorer Thanks:-)
