Why wont my car start after shutting down on highway?

My car shut down while driving on the highway. I tried to turn it back on but it wont start. It cranks but wont start. The battery is fine. The fuel pump is fine. I think the distributor cap isnt getting power. Can it be the ignition module? Its a 1994 ford tempo lx with 70k miles on it.
