2012 Ford Focus Making Odd Chiming Noise When Turn Car Off?

I have a 2012 Ford Focus. When I turn the ignition off, there is a weird high-pitch chiming noise coming from under the steering wheel somewhere. It it a two-toned chime and chimes 15 times (without any lights or any other indication). The chimes continue after the key is taken out or even if the car is cranked again. Does anyone know what this means?

Added (1). Just to note, this is NOT the same beep that occurs when the door is opened or key is left in the ignition. This is an entirely different chime.
Added (2). There is no unusual indication lights while the car is on either.
