Does techron can make a no start on a car? And what can i do to fix it?

What happened is i put 12oz techron in a almost empty tank on mu ford explorer and after a day. I drove it like 2 mins and i stop on a store. Then after an hour came back and my car wont start but it cranks over. When i drove it it was running fine. What could cause the problem? And i put scantools on it and no code found…
