Ford F-250 Dash Lights Incorrect?

I'm thinking of buying this truck from a dealer, but some of the lights on the dash are on. The ABS, battery, and open door lights are all on. Also, the cab light doesn't always turn off when the door is closed. The dealer told me that the instrument cluster needs to be repaired, and the mechanic I brought it to said the same thing. I was just hoping to get some opinions from anyone who may have had some of the same issues. These are small problems potentially, and it's a really good truck otherwise.
