How to get rid of my car without a title, but with the registration in my name?

I have a 1998 Ford Taurus. The whole purchase in 2006 was a little shady, and I never acquired the title. Furthermore, the title has a lien on it. I bought it off the street from some guy and I never got the title from him (What was I thinking, yes I know).

Long story short, no one has ever claimed it since 2006, I ve had it since, and I want to get absolutely rid of it now, and I don t know what to do. Any ideas?
