Re-program Ford Focus Windshield Wipers?

I bought a used 2012 Ford Focus and the windshield wipers don't go all the way to the edge when they are on… It leaves quite a bit not wiped. Everything things it needs to be re-programed by Ford using a scan tool because there is not adjustment at the base of the wiper. I know I can bring it to Ford and ask them, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what they are going to charge me to do this.
