What paper work is needed while buying 2nd hand car with no. Plate: MH 43 XXX?

Hi Guys, I am planning to buy a Ford Fiesta and its no. Plate is: MH 43 XXXX. Car is passed under Navi Mumbai RTO. However, I reside nearby Andheri RTO in Mumbai. The car owner has a RC-Card and car insurance papers.
I would like to know what other papers and I will need to transfer them in my name as the car will belong to me now and how much charges will I have bear in order to complete the entire process?
