2005 Chevy Cobalt LT auto lock issues?

Just bought a used 2005 Chevy Cobalt LT 4 door, only issues presenting are the auto locks don t work on either door. You press them and they do nothing, the automatic mirrors do not move as well. However the Windows all go up and down just fine. I checked the fuses and they re all fine, any suggestions on what it could be?

When pressing the trunk button it makes a clanking like its trying to unlock but it can t and has to be opened with the key. Anything you can think of that would help fix that?

I bought a key fob off eBay for $12 thinking I could program it myself easily as I did with my last ford. Can t figure it out, reading something about a dealership? Thanks for your help guys, other than that cars mint and only paid $1200.
