Dodge Ram or Chevrolet Silverado?! Or any others I'm missing? For raptor?

I would like a truck as soon as my Loan is paid off in looking for a truck under 30k I like the Chevy look but that ford raptor is no joke neither but is it over priced? Main things I want in a truck is technology inside meaning newer touch screen leather 6 seats a plus but really also I want big tires lift is cool but not needed and a winch since I live in Minnesota helping people in ditches seem like good karma so please any suggestion will help thanks for your time this will be my daily driver also like I said I live in Minnesota where winter is 8 months lol thanks
